Biography

Dr Meena completed her graduation in medicine from Coimbatore Medical College in Tamil Nadu. She later received her fellowship in Emergency Medicine from the Royal College of General Practitioners UK and further completed her post graduate diploma in Emergency Medicine from George Washington University. She secured her masters in Emergency Medicine in Global Hospitals.

With more than two decades of professional experience, Dr Meena has worked in various profile in the emergency medicine department. She has also completed certificate courses for Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Adult &Paediatric Basic Life Support, Emergency Medicine Radiology, Comprehensive Trauma Life Support and Mechanical Ventilation. During her tenure, she has upscaled her skills through various CMEs, conferences and workshops. One of her accomplishments besides being ranked first in PGDEM in India, Dr Meena has received Excellence award by Tamil Nadu State Government for performing maximum female sterilization procedure.
