Dr Joy has completed his DM in Medical Gastroenterology from Stanley Medical College Hospital, Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai, in 2004. He has 12 years of extensive experience in the field of Gastroenterology and Hepatology.

Experience

  • Dr Joy has been in the medical field for more than a decade. He has 7 years of experience as a Senior Consultant in the Department of Hepatology & Liver Transplantation at Global Hospitals & HealthCity, Chennai. He also worked as a Visiting Consultant in the renowned hospitals like Madras Medical College Hospital and KumaranHospital in Chennai.

  • He received a medal in MD by Association of Physician of India.
  • He was honoured by British “YoungInvestigatorAward” – for clinical research work on “Hyper immune plasma in Post Liver Transplantation” at MIOT hospital, Chennai.
